I got a 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 last week from them and had a pretty good experience overall.Pros:*The dealer (I think his name was Luis?) I worked with was polite and wasn't too pushy about selling add-ons (GAP insurance and a 3rd-party warranty).*Took less than 2 hours to get the sale's paperwork done even with corrections.*The dealer threw in a free recharge and delivery since my home was outside the car's range.Cons:*I noticed that the two dealers on shift were spread thin with helping other customers (but it's probably bound to happen with an independent dealership).

I had an issue with my sale, but Luis helped me out and gave me a deal. I would’ve appreciated faster communication but he made sure it was resolved.
